What I’ve become:

I specialize in crisis management and coaching for private individuals, helping people navigate challenging situations with clarity, confidence, and actionable solutions. With over a decade of experience in Private and Investment Banking, I’ve developed the skills to stay composed under pressure, think strategically, and guide others through uncertainty.

My expertise isn’t just professional—it’s deeply personal. I’ve faced significant crises in my own life, including emotional abuse from a narcissist, navigating the impact of partners’ drug and alcohol abuse and mental illness such as bipolar disorder.

I’ve struggled with depression, experienced the pain of losing everything, financially, health wise and work wise. I also faced a period where I couldn’t fully function due to being diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease. I’ve also endured ongoing mobbing throughout my life and faced physical threats that tested my courage and resilience.

These experiences taught me a powerful truth: crises, while painful, can also be transformative. They are opportunities to rebuild, grow, and discover your inner strength. As I’ve rebuilt my own life, I’ve learned the importance of loving yourself—truly valuing and believing in who you are, even in your darkest moments.

After leaving the financial sector, I managed successful small businesses, honing my skills in problem-solving, resilience, and innovation. I’m also pursuing a degree in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School, an ICF-accredited program, to deepen my ability to support others in finding their own path to growth and healing.

I approach each situation with empathy, practicality, and a genuine desire to help. My coaching focuses on creating personalized strategies that empower my clients to overcome obstacles, rebuild their confidence, and embrace the opportunities hidden within their challenges. As I often say: “Every crisis holds the seed of a chance to grow and transform—it’s just waiting to be discovered.”

If you’re navigating personal struggles or professional roadblocks, I’m here to guide you toward a future that feels not just possible, but meaningful and fulfilling.

Who is my favorite hero:

My favorite heroes are the everyday individuals who face their personal battles head-on—those who overcome crises, confront their struggles, and choose to grow despite the challenges. It’s the courage to keep going, the strength to heal, and the determination to rebuild that make them truly heroic in my eyes. Anyone who turns their pain into power and uses their journey to transform themselves inspires me deeply. They

What is my favorite book:

I have many favorite books, each offering unique insights and inspiration. However, if I had to name a few, Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. It’s a timeless guide to navigating life’s challenges with wisdom, focusing on what we can control, and maintaining inner peace regardless of external circumstances.

On the Freedom of the Will by Arthur Schopenhauer fascinates me as it explores the complex relationship between human freedom and determinism. Lastly, Surrounded by Idiots by Thomas Erikson offers practical tools for understanding personality types and improving communication in both personal and professional relationships. Each of these books has deeply influenced my perspective on life, human behavior, and resilience.
