Our greatest passion is to show our clients how to become the captain of one’s own ship again. We find that people are intelligent, sensitive beings who are generally able to determine for themselves with whom they feel more comfortable and where they feel they would be most successful in their professional and personal journey. Since I have been managing crises professionally for 20 years as a lawyer, I witnessed, how important it is, to become psychologically fit, to gain resilience and to master self-leadership. My area of expertise is self-actualization – an inward-looking view in order to perceive and utilize one’s own strengths.
