Dr. Eva Gattnar is the founder of Pontinova Consulting and Pontinova Experience. With a background in computer science, biomedical engineering, and a Global Executive MBA (EADA/HHL), she brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and leadership.
Her professional path includes senior roles in international corporations spanning business development, strategic partnerships, digital transformation, and innovation management. She holds a doctorate in biomedical engineering and informatics (Dr.-Ing., TU Ilmenau) and has published over 20 scientific papers in international peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings.
Alongside her corporate career, she lectured for seven years at multiple universities, developed curricula in business intelligence, information management, and knowledge management, and worked extensively as an ICF-accredited executive coach (ACTP, Henley BusinessSchool) and certified HeartMath Resilience Coach and Trainer.
Pontinova Consulting combines strategic advisory with a deep understanding of the dynamics that shape organisations and leadership beneath the visible surface.
