What is Female-Leadership mentoring?

Leadership skills are multifaceted and influenced by a combination of individual, cultural, and social factors. Female leaders especially have faced historical and contemporary barriers, including gender bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. In general, these challenges can impact opportunities for women to assume leadership positions. However, the representation of female leaders in business, academic and other professional roles is crucial for promoting diversity and ensuring diverse perspectives in research, practice, and leadership decisions. It is important to note that superior leadership abilities in either gender are not existing. In our FLM (Female Leadership Mentoring) we step outside the familiar territory to unleash your highest potential as a female leader through applying gender dynamics, inclusion of your male and female side, and effective self-leadership.

Procedure

The training to become a Female-Leadership mentor takes place over the course of one year and is divided into classroom and online sessions as well as self-study. The training group is limited to up to four participants in order to give each participant the necessary space for self-awareness and personal development.

Attendance weekend

Your Female-Leadership  training starts with a weekend together at one of our places of inspiration. The group consists of max. 4 participants. We meet from Friday until Sunday. The location as well as catering will be organized by us.

October 31

12 Video calls with your mentor

After the introductory weekend, the group of prospective Female-Leadership mentors meets every month over the course of a year for a 1.5-hour video call. Here you deepen the knowledge you have learned, receive new impulses and can exchange ideas with your mentor

12 Video calls with the group

Participants also meet once a month for 1.5 hours via video call. Self-awareness within the peer group is an essential part of your development.

Attendance weekend

We will conclude the Female-Leadership Academy training with another attendance weekend. Participants will meet again from Friday until Sunday.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TRAINING

Who can be certified as a Female-Leadership coach

To become certified as a Female Leadership Coach, you need to complete our coaching training program that focuses on leadership coaching, gender dynamics, diversity, and related topics. Individuals who are interested in becoming professional coaches with a focus on coaching women in leadership roles may pursue this training as part of their coaching career. Coaches with experience in leadership coaching or other coaching niches may decide to specialize in coaching female leaders. Professionals in leadership development, organizational consulting, or training roles will find value in pursuing our Female Leadership Coach training to expand their expertise and offer coaching services to women leaders.

You should have at least 5 years of professional experience and a self-experience of at least 15 hours as a client in coaching or supervision. We will be happy to find out in an aptitude interview with you whether the training is a good fit for you.

Our Female Leadership Teacher-Training program is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and tools to teach and facilitate female leadership development.In line with the principle of lifelong striving for further development. You as an experienced Female Leader, Female Leadership Coach and Female Leadership Mentor can still further your education. Our Teacher Training enables you to train Female Leadership Mentoring yourself and thus pass it on to interested professionals.
